On Black Women and Rest

Amanda Miller Littlejohn so brilliantly captures the zeitgeist, particularly for professional Black women, as we negotiate the perils and possibilities during this period of collective trauma. What do WE need? How do WE prioritize our needs even as we lead and serve others? What do we give up when we choose rest? What do we gain?
